Educational Psychologist (closing date: 23/08/19)

Soulbury Scale points 1-6 £37,175 - £46,607 (+ 3 SPA points) (pro rata). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a maternity cover (30 hours per week, 42 weeks of the year) within Swansea's Education Department (Flying Start service) for a dynamic, creative and innovative Educational Psychologist who is passionate about inclusion and delivering aspirational outcomes for children.

Bilingual Teaching Assistant (closing date: 28/08/19)

£19,554 - £20,344 per annum (pro-rata). Temporary, term-time, part-time (26 hours per week). We are seeking to appoint a part-time Arabic- English bilingual teaching assistant on a fixed term contract from 02/09/19 for maternity cover.

Social Worker Outcome Focused Assessor (closing date: 28/08/19)

WG Regional WCCIS Information and Development Officer (closing date: 28/08/19)

£37,849 - £41,675 per annum. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to support the implementation of the Welsh Community Care Information System (WCCIS) across the West Glamorgan region focusing on the development and configuration to support and maximise effective reporting on behalf of 3 organisations: Swansea Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and Swansea Bay University Health Board.

Social Worker x2 (closing date: 28/08/19)

£28,785 - £32,029 per annum (Newly Qualified), £32,878 - £36,876 per annum. We are looking to recruit 2 Social Workers to temporary posts (until 31 August 2020) that focus on care planning and review of individuals presently in receipt of services to meet their outcomes under the SSWBA (14).

Transition Social Worker (closing date: 28/08/19)

£28,785 - £32,029 per annum (Newly Qualified), £32,878 - £36,876 per annum. We are looking to recruit a Social Worker to a temporary post (until 31 August 2020) to focus on children with complex disabilities within educational and specialist care facilities who are likely to transition to Adult Social Care Learning Disability Services within the next 12 - 36 months.

Apprentice Day Support Worker (closing date: 29/08/19)

£11,732 - (60% of £19,554), £14,665 - (75% of £19,554) per annum. Social Development Service is a day service supporting adults with a learning disability, with one service based in Penlan and the other in Gorseinon. We are looking for someone to join our team of support staff, to work at either location.

Youth Club Worker (temporary, part time) (closing date: 30/08/19)

£18,426 per annum (pro rata). Swansea Young People Services, (Evolve) maintains a network of 4 Youth Hubs for young people aged 11yrs - 18yrs, across Swansea, with facilities at Gorseinon, Stadwen, Townhill and Blaenymaes. The service has a number of 9-hour vacancies across the 4 sites, and we are seeking to appoint creative, motivated and passionate individuals, into the role of a Youth Club Worker. Temporary until 31st March 2021.

School Crossing Patrol (closing date: 31/08/19, ongoing)

£18,065 pro-rata. We are currently looking to recruit School Crossing Patrols at various locations in Swansea to provide safer crossing to children and adults attending an education establishment.

Assistant Surveyor (closing date: 03/09/19)

£24,799 - £27,905 per annum. We are looking to recruit an Assistant Surveyor who has experience dealing with commercial property transactions and estate management duties in order to support an existing team of Chartered Surveyors who are responsible for ensuring the council's property portfolio is managed effectively in accordance with the asset management plan.

Estates Manager (closing date: 03/09/19)

£37,849 - £41,675 per annum. We are looking for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to support an existing team responsible for managing the council's non-operational portfolio.

Adoption Service Psychologist (closing date: 04/09/19)

£49,175 - £53,961 per annum. We are advertising for a permanent full time Psychologist in an exciting development within the Western Bay Adoption Service.

Temporary Transformation and Commissioning Support Officer (closing date: 04/09/19)

£19,554 - £20,344 per annum. The Business Development and Commissioning Team are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to support the transformation and commissioning programmes in Child and Family Services.
