£37,849 - £41,675 per annum. An exciting secondment opportunity has become available in Child and Family Services.

Transition Social Worker (closing date: 18/10/19)

£28,785 - £32,029 per annum (Newly Qualified), £32,878 - £36,876 per annum. We are looking to recruit a Social Worker to a temporary post (until 31 August 2020) to focus on children with complex disabilities within educational and specialist care facilities who are likely to transition to Adult Social Care Learning Disability Services within the next 12 - 36 months.

Qualified to NVQ Level 3, they will be required to carry out all aspects of the trade to a very high standard within our Housing and Public Buildings Maintenance Dept.

£18,065 pro-rata. We are currently looking to recruit School Crossing Patrols at various locations in Swansea to provide safer crossing to children and adults attending an education establishment.
