Whether you are new to studying in Swansea or are returning for a new year there is lots of information here to make sure your time here is as stress free as possible.

Recycling bag Student recycling + rubbish If you're living off campus in a rented student house you will need to use the council kerbside recycling and rubbish collection service to manage your waste properly.
Payment card Council tax for students Households where everyone is a full-time student don't have to pay Council Tax and the property would be exempt from Council Tax.
House with people Student housing If you are living in rented accommodation off campus then there are checks you can do to make sure that the house or flat you are in is safe and suitable for you.
car Parking at your student house If you are living off campus and bringing a car with you then you may be able to apply for a parking permit for a residents parking bay on your street.

Volume loud Noise Loud noises can cause upset and distress to people in their homes. There are things you can do to help limit the noise you make in your accommodation. We can help if you are having problems with excessive noise.

bus Bus routes to universities First Cymru operate buses to each of the university campuses in Swansea. Some services stop in the campus grounds while others stop nearby.
racing bike Cycling and cycle routes Whether you are cycling between accommodation and your campus or for leisure there are great routes across Swansea and beyond.
